Tourist guide to Tenerife

Tenerife is the largest and most populous of the eight Canary Islands. Teide National Park is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is located in the center of the island. In it, the Mount Teide rises as the highest elevation of Spain, the highest of the islands of the Atlantic Ocean, and the third-largest volcano in the world from its base. Also on the island, the Macizo de Anaga (massif) has been a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve since 2015. It has the largest number of endemic species in Europe. Learn when it is best to visit it and what do you need to prepare before arriving (both in terms of currency and baggage and passports or visas!), what is worth seeing and visiting in various destinations (including sights, monuments, national parks, beaches and more), how to travel (with special attention paid to highways and motorways), the prices of various goods and services, accomodation, weather, maps, tourist guides, opinions of visitors and other practical pieces of information!
